TradeMirror is a private, local-first Android trading journal published by Black and Blue (“TradeMirror,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what the app processes, what may leave your device, and the choices available to you.
TradeMirror does not require an online account, connect to brokers, place or route trades, hold money or assets, provide market signals or financial advice, or use AI to generate recommendations. We do not sell personal data or show advertising. Advertising ID collection and ad-personalization signals are disabled.
TradeMirror stores information you enter, import, or generate in its private on-device storage, including:
local.trader@device, its creation time, and the locally recorded Free or Pro tier. TradeMirror does not ask you to enter a contact email for this profile.TradeMirror uses Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to offer an optional one-time Pro unlock and three optional repeatable Student Developer Support Packs at localized prices near USD 1, 10, and 100. The support purchases do not unlock features or create an entitlement.
Google Play and RevenueCat may process the pseudonymous TradeMirror billing identifier, product and offering identifiers, purchase history and status, transaction identifiers, purchase tokens, price, currency, locale, timestamps, entitlement status, refunds, revocations, and network or device metadata required to deliver and secure purchases. Payment-card and billing-address handling is performed by Google Play, not TradeMirror.
TradeMirror disables RevenueCat’s automatic device-identifier collection and does not provide advertising or attribution identifiers. Purchase information is handled under the Google Privacy Policy, Google Play Terms, and RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
If you choose voice input, TradeMirror opens the speech-recognition provider available on your device. That provider may process dictated audio and return text under its own terms. TradeMirror does not request microphone permission itself and saves only text returned by the provider that you choose to keep.
CSV import and screenshot selection use Android’s system document picker. TradeMirror reads only items you select. Exports are created only when you request them and are passed to Android’s share sheet; you choose the destination, and copies sent elsewhere follow that destination’s privacy and retention practices.
If you contact support, your email provider and ours process the message and anything you include. Do not send passwords, full purchase tokens, financial-account credentials, or other sensitive information unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
Local information is used to provide journaling, imports, filtering, retrospective calculations, exports, and reset controls. Purchase information is used to display products, complete and restore purchases, verify Pro access, reconcile repeatable support purchases, process refunds or revocations, prevent duplicate credit, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
TradeMirror does not sell personal data, display advertising, or share journal content with Black and Blue servers. Google Play, RevenueCat, your speech provider, and destinations you select through the share sheet process information only as described above and under their own terms.
Most TradeMirror data is stored only on your Android device. TradeMirror does not create an authenticated account on Black and Blue servers.
In TradeMirror, open Settings and choose Reset All Data & Start Fresh. Review the warning and confirm the reset. This removes the app’s local database, journal and trade records, strategies, cached exports, preferences, local profile record (including its placeholder email), local billing identity, pending support state, and processed-transaction hashes, then returns the app to onboarding.
You can also remove local data by clearing TradeMirror’s storage in Android Settings or uninstalling the app. Copies you exported or shared to another app are controlled by that destination and are not deleted by TradeMirror’s local reset.
Google Play and RevenueCat purchase records are not removed by a local reset and may be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, and operational requirements.
Before resetting, copy the Billing / Support ID shown in TradeMirror Settings. Email developer@blackandblue.co.in with the subject TradeMirror privacy request and include that pseudonymous ID plus the type of data you want deleted. Do not email passwords, payment-card details, complete purchase tokens, or unrelated trading records.
We will use the supplied identifier to locate data under Black and Blue’s control, process the available deletion request, and explain any records that Google Play, RevenueCat, or applicable law requires to be retained. We may request limited purchase information to verify the request and prevent unauthorized deletion.
Local journal data remains until you edit or delete records, use Reset All Data & Start Fresh, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Cached exports remain until reset, operating-system cleanup, or app-data removal. Copies shared elsewhere follow the destination’s retention rules. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for TradeMirror. The app does not claim that its local database is encrypted; Android’s app sandbox and your device protections still apply.
Google Play and RevenueCat may retain purchase, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, tax, or legal records under their own policies. Local reset does not revoke a purchase or delete records held by these providers.
You can choose not to use voice input, import files, attach screenshots, export or share data, or make a purchase. You can edit or delete local records and use the deletion choices above.
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data under Black and Blue’s control. You may also be entitled to complain to the competent data-protection authority where you live. To make a request or raise a privacy complaint, email developer@blackandblue.co.in with the subject TradeMirror privacy request. We may need limited information to verify the request and locate relevant pseudonymous records.
TradeMirror is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
Service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Their privacy policies describe their processing locations and safeguards. Users in India may send privacy questions or complaints to developer@blackandblue.co.in with the subject TradeMirror privacy request.
We may update this policy when TradeMirror, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will show its effective date. Material changes will be reflected in the app or store listing when appropriate.
Do not post purchase identifiers, trading records, or other sensitive information in a public issue.
